Policies & Procedures

Bespoke documents created for your organisation containing your statement of intent, organisation and arrangement on the relevant topic.
If you have 5 or more employees it is a legal duty to have this written down and communicate it to your employees.

Fire Risk Assessments

We can complete a compliant Fire Risk Assessment or your premises to ensure proactive fire safety at your place of work. This also comes with a list of recommendations to achieve best practice. We complete this by using PAS 79 the recommended specification by the British Standard Institution.

H & S Training

We provide a wide range of staff training which include H&S, Fire Safety, Manual Handling and first aid training. All of our consultants are qualified Nuco instructors.

Risk Assessments

We create generic and task specific risk assessments on all tasks identified and completed within the organisation.
Highlighting hazards and implementing control measures to eliminate/minimize the potential to cause harm.

H & S Site Inspections

Completing an on-site assessment of your work place followed by an in-depth formal report on good and bad practical practices witnessed.

Accident & Incident Investigation

Our consultants can carry out interviews, review evidence and prepare a report and accidents/incidents that has happened within your organisation. Identifying all forms of causes with recommendations moving forward.

Method Statements

We can create bespoke Method Statements in a logical sequence illustrating exactly how a job is to be carried out in a safe manner and without risks to health. It includes all the risks identified in the risk assessment and the measures needed to control those risks.

H & S Company Audits

Completing and in-depth at your formal management system throughout your organisation followed by in-depth formal report with recommendation to complete.

Multiple Site Support

If your business has a number of different locations we can work with your management and staff to ensure all of the branches are compliant and work consistently to the implemented H&S management system.

Gaining Accreditations

We can help you through the process of applying for and gaining Health and Safety accreditations including CHAS, Construction Line and Alcumus. These accreditations also gain you a nationally recognised Health and Safety certificate from an SSIP Member Scheme.

Bespoke Company Inductions

Create company induction processes bespoke to the organisations requirement. This is completed to provide information and instruction on the work place and tasks completed within the organisation.

Safety Tours

A walk round inspection of the work place with the director(s)/management showing commitment to the work force identifying good and bad practices followed by a basic formal report.

Qualitative Face Fit Testing

We offer a service of Qualitative Face Fit Testing. This is to insure that an adequate seal is achieved between the Respiratory Protective Equipment and the user. We then provide a certificate upon completion. This will complete a specific requirement under The COSHH Regulations.
