The health and safety management system needed to be improved as we required a health and safety consultant who would be available to the business on regular basis, as many companies would only offer to be on site for a few days a year. This was not suitable for the type of business and changes required.

Chad has helped to bring the management safety. Plan, Do, Check, and Act in to an easy to follow system. He has been very informative on best practice that is reasonably practical for the company, with regular site tours, inspections also completing risk assessments, method statements, COSHH sheets.
